Gayaa Dhuwi Annual Conference

We worked with Gayaa Dhuwi (Proud Spirit) Australia to deliver their first in person conference from 29 – 30 August 2023. With the brief of a venue on the banks of the Yarra River to be able to house the conference and gala dinner with a separate wellbeing room, the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre was chosen.

The conference had one stream of content with 27 speakers across the two days. We developed a conference app which enabled our team to communicate to delegates in real time. We created a strong conference design for the conference which flowed through every touchpoint, from the printed save the date to the microsite, sponsorship prospectus, eDM marketing campaign and onsite materials. We managed registrations using our event software and event enquiries through a dedicated event inbox. We had complete financial management of the conference.

We captured the event with video and photography and created a highlight reel of the conference for Gayaa Dhuwi.

We also managed sponsorship for the conference, with 5 sponsors, and handled their sponsorship benefits from start to finish, from creating a sponsorship prospectus to briefing sponsors with exhibition guides and execution on event day.
